Join your neighbors and area veterans for an informative presentation on the Federal Tort Claims Act by attorney and owner of the Bressler Firm LLC, Michael Bressler.

Topics to be addressed are the history of the FTCA, the rights of veterans and others under the Act, the procedure for filing claims and lawsuits against the federal government, and recent events where claims may be appropriate including negligent treatment and exposure cases at area Veterans Administration clinics.


The Bressler Firm LLC is providing this presentation as a free community service to Miami area residents.
